Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- There are no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Any sign of damage compromises the Femmique guarantee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including intimate (under-garments), sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
For returns of items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 2-3 business days to process through your financial institution. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at help@femmique.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send a digital gift certificate to your email.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at help@femmique.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We review claims based on the tracking and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier. Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window may result in us being unable to honour your claim.
