Shipping Policy
Femmique partners with trusted global couriers like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These carriers work with local delivery partners to ensure smooth shipping directly to your door. We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping, including to the United Arab Emirates.
Order Processing
Orders are charged upon placement. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. Orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may face delays or cancellations.
We typically require 2–5 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. During peak periods or holidays, fulfilment may take up to 10 business days. Once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make changes—including address updates. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
We ship on business days only and do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Delivery times may vary between items.
Tracking
All shipments come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. Please allow a few business days for tracking to update in the system.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please reach out to us at help@femmique.com.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Femmique is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local couriers, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties, Taxes, and VAT (UAE)
For customers in the United Arab Emirates, your order may be subject to VAT or import duties upon delivery. These fees are not charged at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate what they might be.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or VAT and returned to us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
For further details, we recommend checking with the UAE Federal Tax Authority or your local customs office.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Femmique is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
We use official carrier tracking records as the final proof of delivery when resolving claims.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
